I have been using Vito sol Flexibility for three weeks , which I really thought would not help me ! I am feeling great most marked improvements when I wake in the morning the stiffness is minimum, I do yoga and feel so different in my routine ! I am 72 years active most weeks , I would recommend this supplement for sure , nothing better than feeling that tightness ease off !
