Incorporating VITA-SOL into your daily routine is designed to be easy. The powders can be mixed with water, smoothies or juice and our flavourless 100% marine collagen (COLLAGEN BOOST) is perfect for adding to coffee or tea. The INFINITY ANTI-OX + VIT C and FLEXIBILITY MINERALS even taste great mixed with plain Greek yoghurt, oats or your favourite raw desserts.

For INFINITY ANTI-OX + VIT C, PURITY GREENS and FLEXIBILTY MINERALS we recommend incorporating 7 grams into your daily diet which is equivalent to two flat teaspoons.

For COLLAGEN BOOST we recommend to start with 2 heaped teaspoons daily for the first 3 months and then a maintenance dose of 2 flat teaspoons daily.

Yes! All of our VITA-SOL powders can be mixed to create your own super blend. When mixing Vita-sol powders, simply add one heaped teaspoon of each to your water, juice or smoothie.

To experience the full benefits of the VITA-SOL powders and take advantage of our wholefood ingredients, it’s recommended to consume your product within 30 days of opening. Each product contains a one-month supply designed for daily use.

VITA-SOL powders can be stored on your kitchen counter or pantry. In extreme heat or humidity, it’s best to move them to the fridge.

Our Purity Greens powder and Herbal Teas are ACO Certified Organic. In all of our products, we use third party certified organic ingredients where possible and always choose sustainable options when we can.

Yes, sustainability is important to us so our product packaging can be easily recycled in your kerbside recycling bins. We deliberately choose to not include excessive outer packaging or plastic scoops to help reduce waste and protect our environment.

Our orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes that can also be recycled in your kerbside bins. 

VITA-SOL powders are considered food grade and we take extra care to ensure only the highest quality ingredients and nutrients obtained through gentle extraction processes go into our products. However, our products have not been developed or tested for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding and we recommend speaking to a medical professional before consuming our products if pregnant or breast feeding.

Our products are classified as a food (except for ULTRA OMEGA PLUS) thereby they are formulated to provide important nutrients to feed the skin and body in a pure, safe, and bioavailable way, just as you would get from a super healthy diet. We do not use synthetic high dose vitamins and minerals. If you have concerns, it’s always best to seek professional medical advice before adding VITA-SOL to your diet.

As a cautionary guide:

Pregnancy or breast feeding: Seek medical advice prior to making any dietary changes. 

Chemotherapy: Seek medical advice prior to making any dietary changes. 

Blood pressure medication:  Fish oil as found in our Ultra Omega Plus may lower blood pressure and not be suitable for those with low blood pressure. As a safety precaution we recommend seeking medical advice prior to making any dietary changes.

Blood thinning medication: Certain foods such as leafy greens or fish oil supplements may interact with blood thinning medication. We do not recommend taking VITA-SOL without medical consent if on any medication.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving
your item to process a return. Please note that return postage costs are the
responsibility of the customer.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and
safety concerns.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following
  criteria. 
• The products were bought from www.vitasolshop.co.uk with proof of
  purchase.
• All products must be in a perfect resalable
  condition.
• ·The products must be clean, undamaged, unused,
  unopened, and complete in the original packaging.
• Free items that came with your product must also
  be returned to qualify for a full refund. If not returned, they will be
  deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is
to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate
purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
the refund.
