HOW TO USE COLLAGEN BOOST

Mix two teaspoons with hot or cold liquid including juice, smoothies, tea or coffee. VITA-SOL COLLAGEN BOOST can be mixed with any of our other wholefood powders. For best results we recommend taking 10g for the first three months then 7g (2 flat teaspoons) thereafter.

Collagen Boost provides hydrolysed marine collagen peptides, while Ultra Omega Plus combines omega-3 EPA/DHA with astaxanthin and sea buckthorn as part of a targeted nutritional approach to skin health.

I don’t often leave reviews but this one I have to. It is genuine and I hope it helps others. I honestly cannot imagine living without Vitasol Collagen now. Since I started taking it, about 5 months now, the difference has been incredible.
