Delivery Information

Free UK delivery

We provide free standard UK delivery on every order.

Dispatch times

Orders received before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day.

Orders received after 3pm, at weekends, on UK bank holidays, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Delivery service

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within two to three working days after dispatch. This is an estimated delivery timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date, and some postcode areas may take longer.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, Shopify will automatically send your Royal Mail tracking number. Tracking information can occasionally take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or its tracking information has stopped updating, please contact us at health@vitasolshop.co.uk with your order number.

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order, as we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
